Do you really answer 24 hours a day?
Yes. Towing and dispatch run 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, holidays included. Our office on E. Donegan Ave keeps weekday hours, but the phone is answered around the clock and a truck can roll at any hour.
How much does a tow in Kissimmee cost?
It depends on where you are, where the vehicle is going and what kind of truck the job needs, so we quote it over the phone before the truck leaves. Pricing is low and no-hassle, and you hear the quote before you commit.
Can you tow my car to the shop I choose?
Yes, always to the garage of your choice: your own mechanic, a dealership on West Irlo Bronson or Orange Blossom Trail, a body shop, or simply your driveway. Tell the dispatcher where it is going when you call.

What should I have ready when I call?
The nearest cross street, mile marker or business name; what you are driving; what happened; and where you want the vehicle taken. On US-192, I-4 or the Turnpike, tell us which direction you were heading and the nearest exit so the driver approaches from the right side.
Do you tow from the theme-park resorts and hotels?
Yes. We pick up from hotels and resort lots along the US-192 corridor, in Celebration, Lake Buena Vista and Bay Lake. Rental cars are fine too; if your rental company needs to approve the tow, call them first and then call us.
Do you have a flatbed?

Can you jump-start or unlock my car without towing it?
